What additional fees can I expect when signing my lease?
At The Stately Queen Creek, the following fees apply for your apartment home; Application fee of $55 per applicant (non-refundable), admin fee of $250 (non-refundable) and a security deposit of $500 for one-bedroom, $750 for two-bedroom, $1,500 for three-bedroom (refundable).

Yes, The Stately Queen Creek Apartment homes are gated. Our apartment homes also feature an extensive security camera network, controlled access with fob entry to exterior doors and amenities, and gate remotes for all leaseholders.
